Consultation

The "Consultation" function is the core working area within the HelloClinic system for doctors to provide medical services. Here, doctors can view signed-in patients, record medical notes, issue prescriptions, arrange lab tests, manage medical records, and handle the entire consultation workflow.

Upon entering the "Consultation" function, you will see a clear patient management interface:

Key Functional Areas

  1. Patient List: Displays patients who have signed in and are waiting to be seen today.
  2. Patient's Historical Consultation Records: Records the patient's physiological data and medical history.
  3. Current Consultation Record: Contains functional modules for medical history, prescriptions, lab tests, and more.
  4. Patient Information: The right side displays detailed information for the selected patient.

Patient List and Status Management

  • List Information: Displays the patient's name, appointment time, and status.
  • Status Management: Use statuses like "Waiting," "In Consultation," and "Completed" to track consultation progress.

Consultation Functional Modules

  • 📋 Body Data: Records physiological data such as height, weight, blood pressure, and body temperature.
  • 🩺 Medical History: Manages chief complaint, history of present illness, past medical history, family history, and allergies.

  • Chief Complaint: Records the main symptoms and reasons for the patient's visit.

  • Diagnosis: Establishes primary, secondary, and differential diagnoses (supports ICD-10 coding).
  • Treatment Plan: Outlines medication, non-medication treatment, and follow-up plans.

Prescription Management

Safely and accurately creates and manages medication prescriptions.

  • Prescription Process: Select medication → set quantity and inventory → set usage instructions (dosage, frequency, days) → add medication notes and precautions → complete prescription.

    • Prescription List Management: Instantly view, modify, or delete medications in the prescription list.
    • Multi-language Labels: Supports Chinese, English, and bilingual prescription labels.
    • Automated Safety Checks: The system automatically checks for drug allergies, interactions, dosage safety, and contraindications.
    • History Management: Review past prescriptions for efficacy tracking and analysis.
    • Printing and Dispensing: Generate standard prescriptions and automatically deduct items from inventory.

Laboratory Services

Arranges lab tests, tracks progress, and manages reports.

  • Creation Process: Set date → select lab service and provider → set cost → save request.
  • Management and Tracking:
    • Status Management: Track lab test status (Pending, In Progress, Completed, Canceled).
    • Report Management: Enter or upload lab report content and attachments.
    • Result Handling: The system can flag abnormal results and send notifications.

Medical History

  • Function: View complete past consultation records in chronological order to ensure continuity of care.
