Refund Policy

Policy Update Statement

Due to recent malicious abuse of the platform’s refund mechanism by a small number of individuals, our payment-processing transaction costs have risen significantly. To maintain normal service operations and protect the rights of all legitimate users, we are adjusting the refund policy as follows:

Effective 22 October 2025, all payments completed on this platform will, in principle, not be eligible for any returns or refund requests.

Discretionary Handling

Although we have implemented a new no-refund policy, HelloClinic reserves the right to process refund requests under exceptional circumstances.

  1. We will exercise sole and absolute discretion in deciding whether to approve a refund on a case-by-case basis.
  2. If your exceptional refund request is approved, we may deduct relevant administrative costs—such as, but not limited to, payment-gateway fees—from the refund amount. The final refund sum shall be determined by HelloClinic.

Circumstances Not Eligible for Refunds

For the avoidance of doubt, no refunds will be granted under the following conditions:

Violation of Terms of Service

If your account is suspended or terminated for violating HelloClinic’s Terms of Service (e.g., engaging in illegal activities, distributing malware, infringing on others’ rights, etc.), all fees paid will be non-refundable.

Malicious or Abusive Use

If we determine that an account has engaged in malicious or abusive behavior—such as attacking the system, attempting to compromise it, mass-registering accounts for improper operations, etc.—related subscription fees will not be refunded.
