Profile
This document details the various features of the Profile page in your HelloClinic system. This is your dedicated page for managing personal account information, passwords, and external service connections.
Feature Overview
The Profile page is the personal settings hub for every user. Here, you can:
- Update your display name.
- Change your login password and email address.
- View the company and clinics you belong to, as well as your user permissions.
- Link third-party applications like Zoom to enable more integrated features (e.g., video consultations).
Interface Description

The functions on the page are categorized by sections, described as follows:
1. User Name
Name: Your primary name displayed in the system (e.g., Chinese name).Name (English): Your English name displayed in the system.Save Changes: After modifying your name, click this button to save the updates.
2. Email
Email: Displays your current email address used for logging into the system. This field cannot be directly edited here.Change Email: If you need to change your login email, click this button. The system will guide you through the change process.
3. Company & Clinics
Company: Displays the name of the company or organization your account belongs to. The tag next to it (e.g.,SuperAdmin) represents your user role or permission level in this system.Clinics: Lists the clinics your account has permission to access.- Information in this section is typically set by the system administrator and is for viewing by general users only.
4. Security
Password: This is where you manage your login password.Reset Password: Click this button to change your login password. For security, the system will usually send a verification or reset email to your registered inbox.
5. Connect
Zoom: This section is used for integrating third-party services.Connect: Click this button to link your HelloClinic account with your Zoom account. Once successfully linked, you may be able to directly initiate or schedule Zoom video meetings within the HelloClinic system, commonly used for telehealth or video consultations.
Main Operation Workflow
How to Change Your Name?
- Enter your desired name in the
NameandName (English)fields. - Click the [Save Changes] button on the right.
How to Change Your Password?
- In the "Security" section, click the [Reset Password] button.
- The system will initiate the password reset process. Please check your registered email inbox and follow the instructions in the email to complete the subsequent steps.
How to Connect Your Zoom Account?
- In the "Connect" section, click the [Connect] button.
- The system will redirect you to Zoom's authorization page.
- Log in to your Zoom account and authorize HelloClinic to access the necessary permissions.
- Once completed, the page will redirect back to HelloClinic, displaying the successful connection status.
